Trust is an essential building block for stability and peace.
Uncertainty is the word of the day these days. I believe it is primarily because there is a lack of trust in people, ourselves, and in our systems.
It is wise to know what you can control and find peace and stability in those things. If you can have more trust in yourself and the systems you control, you may feel more certain and begin and feel and live life in peace.

What's Your Energy?
Throughout the day, I encourage you to check in with yourself. What are you feeling? How are you responding?
If you feel guilty, overwhelmed, worried, or angry about something, be aware that your energy is catabolic and may be impacting the way you are experiencing the current situation and the people around you. You may be getting upset over something or having difficulty dealing with something that is ordinarily, not a big deal for you.

Intro to Catabolic and Anabolic Energy
I want to share with you two categories of energy, anabolic and catabolic energy. I will use the concept of exercise to explain.

What do you know about coaching?
As a young engineer, I never heard of coaching. We did not learn about it in school nor was it discussed in the leadership program I was in at work.
I first learned of coaching from a good friend and mentor. She had a company provided coach and shared her coach experience with me. (She was seen as a high potential leader in the company.) She shared how her coach helped her with time and relationship management and helped her see her blindspots. "WHAT?!?!?! You can hire someone to do that?" Is what I thought.
